Semiauto L Sealers
With semiautomatic L sealers, the product is located inside the plastic sleeve on the conveyor. The seal arm is lowered by hand. When the seal is completed and the arm is raised, the package moves on to the end of the conveyor belt.
Three sealing forms are available:
Impulse wire
This wire is heated only when the seal and cut operation is in progress.
Hot wire
Here the wire is hot while the machine is turned on. It is the simplest method, but can cause burns if the wire is touched accdentally.
This is a blade instead of a wire and it is hot as long as the machine is turned on.
