The floor to floor belt conveyors have standard angle is 25 degrees, however this is adjustable from 15 degrees to 35 degrees. The weight capacity is for a 25 degree incline.

The conveyors come with with an adjustable double nose-over at the upper end to insure a smooth transition from the incline to the horizontal plane. Among the manufacturers, the belt length varies from 42 to 50 feet. This does not include the nose-overwhich is a dual section 32 to 36 inches long. The standard belt material is PVC 120 with a roughened surface.

The drive for all models is center mounted. This allows belt motion in both directions.
