The aqueous spray cleaners or jet spray cleaners are the most common industrial aqueous cleaning units available for parts cleaning. The spray cleaners come as top load or front load designs.

In each unit the parts to be cleaned are placed on a tray. When operating, the tray moves past spray jets, or alternately the spray nozzles move around the parts being cleaned.

The advantage of the front load spray clean models is the large size and weight capacity that is possible with this design.
