Compare the SLIDER BELT CONVEYOR design has the belt sliding on a steel plate. It is the most economical conveyor for moving boxes and other containers. The weight and speed limitations are largely due to the friction of the belt on the plate.The load capacity is dependent of the motor size and length of conveyor.
